Recipe for grilled steak with garlic butter

A recipe for grilled steak with garlic butter, broccoli, and cauliflower mash that serves four:

Ingredients: For the steak:
4 boneless beef steaks, about 6-8 oz each
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the garlic butter:

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the broccoli:

1 lb broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the cauliflower mash:

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

💪Preheat a grill or grill pan over high warmth

💪Rub the steaks with olive oil and season them generously with salt and pepper.

💪Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they're cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

💪While the steaks are resting, prepare the garlic butter by combining the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.

💪In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the broccoli florets in olive oil for 5-6 minutes, or until they're tender and slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

💪For the cauliflower mash, steam the cauliflower florets in a large pot for 10-12 minutes, or until they're very tender. Drain the water and add the minced garlic, unsalted butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mash the cauliflower mixture with a potato masher until it's smooth and creamy.

💪Serve the grilled steak with a dollop of garlic butter on top, alongside the sautéed broccoli and a spoonful of cauliflower mash.

😇Enjoy your delicious and healthy keto meal!
