The refreshing melon juice recipe is perfect for a hot day. This recipe makes approximately 2 servings:
Ingredients:
2 cups of cubed ripe melon (watermelon, honeydew, or cantaloupe)
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lime
A few sprigs of fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
👉Cut the melon into small cubes and remove any seeds.
In a blender, combine the melon cubes, water, honey or sugar (if using), lime juice, and mint leaves.
👉Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
👉Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.
👉Pour the juice into glasses filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
👉Serve and enjoy your delicious melon juice!
Tip: You can also add a splash of sparkling water or club soda to make the juice more refreshing.
